Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer. In case you wish to pay your reservation with a credit card, including American Express, our reservations team will contact you to send an invoice along with a secure payment link.
Payments:
Reservations Received Over 59 Days Prior to Arrival Date: For reservations made more than 59 days prior to the arrival date, a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount will be charged upon booking. The remaining 50% will be charged 59 days prior to the arrival date.
Reservations Received 59 Days or Less Prior to Arrival Date: For reservations made 59 days or less prior to the arrival date, full payment of the stay is due upon booking.
Security Deposit:
We require a security deposit of $1,000, payable through PayPal or bank transfer. This deposit will be refunded within 48 hours following check-out, pending no damages.
Confirmation of Reservation:
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as per the terms outlined above.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% Refund: Guests can receive a full refund of their booking amount if they cancel their reservation more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date. We strive to accommodate changes in plans whenever possible.
No Refund: Unfortunately, if cancellations are made within 60 days or less before the check-in date, no refund will be applicable. As the reserved date approaches, our resources and efforts are already allocated to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
SEGURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit is required to ensure the proper use and care of the villa during your stay.
The security deposit may be partially or fully retained in the following cases:
- Damage to the property or its contents
- Excessive cleaning required beyond standard use
- Violation of house rules (including but not limited to noise disturbances, unauthorized guests, or events)
- Behavior that disrupts the experience of other guests or neighbors
- Loss of keys, equipment, or any villa items
In particular, noise complaints, unauthorized gatherings, or disruption to other guests will result in penalties and may lead to partial or full retention of the security deposit.
All incidents will be documented and reviewed by management.
The security deposit cannot be used to cover third-party services (such as concierge services, excursions, or external vendors), which must be settled directly by the guest.
